What is the minimum age to train at NOFOMO?2021-11-22T05:10:22+00:00

14-17 year olds can train at NOFOMO after the completion & return of the NOFOMO’s parents/guardian consent form.  Please contact your NOFOMO club to obtain this.

Once this is complete they can access the club on their own during staffed hours or with a parent/guardian who is a current NOFOMO member.

Yes, we have staffed hours. These hours will be the peak times for each studio. The staff will be there to assist with any questions regarding the club, the workouts, assistance with technique and best of all… getting to know our awesome members.

How do I access NOFOMO clubs?2021-11-22T05:07:57+00:00

Once you become a NOFOMO member, you will instantly have access in the palm of your hand. Our clubs are accessed via the NOFOMO member app…. no keys, swipe cards etc. If you are not a member but want to visit, just come along during staffed hours.

Do I need to be fit to join?2021-11-22T05:07:23+00:00

Absolutely not. The NOFOMO concept is perfect for EVERYBODY. From someone just beginning on their fitness journey right through to the professional athlete. You control the intensity of your workout and choose the weights that suit your level of strength and experience.

Due to there being no rigid session times, you have the freedom to start/stop at any time. While our recommended workout times are 28 minutes – no one will look down on you if you only last 10 minutes :)

Coaching is provided through the NOFOMO app for each movement every day. If you feel you need further assistance, just visit your club during staffed hours for extra assistance.

All of our workouts are functional HIIT (High intensity interval training). These workouts typically follow a format of short working sets (typically 20-60seconds) followed by short rests or recovery time (typically between 10-30 seconds).

With over 1,100 exercises in the NOFOMO bag of HIIT tricks, the spicy variety of the workouts we will be serving up will ensure every day will be a complete contrast from the last and never two days remotely the same. You will never be bored, feel the urge to stray or be on the lookout for something better. A typical week provides you with a perfect mix of heart pumping cardio, muscle building strength and the all round needs of a ninja in our hybrid sessions.

Can I modify movements?2021-11-22T05:06:17+00:00

You certainly can. Modifications may be needed from time to time due to injury or a member may be just starting on their fitness journey and a simplified movement may be more suitable. For some of our more advanced movements, regressions are always provided within the app each day.

If you need modifications for specific requirements or you are unsure of anything, just be sure to visit your club during staffed hours and one of our amazing crew will be more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Absolutely, we encourage this! Having a friend to train with is very motivating but not a prerequisite to join in with NOFOMO. We cater for up to 3 people at each station working at the same time.

All memberships can be found on the NOFOMO app.  Simply head to the billing and subscription of your app and you can choose your membership from there.  All details regarding the membership are within this section of the app.  Suspensions are completed via the app and you will be entitled to 6 weeks suspension per year.

What about my privacy when connecting to your radio stream?2022-06-10T02:47:54+00:00

When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymised, deleted and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.

For iOS Apps

The NOFOMO BEATS iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.

For Android Apps

The NOFOMO BEATS Android App does not collect any user data during use. In order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the ‘state’ of the phone App (Idle, in call, call ended) if applicable on your device. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data.
The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is to store its configuration for faster launch times.
